The house<\/strong>\u00a0has an attractive and welcoming fa\u00e7ade and a front garden area with parking facilities. \u00a0The rear garden offers a well-kept space comprising a large\u00a0lawn, flower beds, shrubs and trees, offering guests the possibility of enjoying breakfast, lunch or, perhaps, in the summer, supper, outdoors on the patio, in a beautiful and peaceful setting.<\/p>\n

The Lions<\/strong>\u00a0is centrally located, an easy 10-minute walk from the town\u2019s market square and varied shopping facilities and a 15-minute walk or a short taxi-ride from both Newark North Gate and Newark Castle railway stations. \u00a0London is 1 hour 20 minutes away by train, while Lincoln and Nottingham can be reached in 30 minutes. \u00a0There is a good local bus network covering nearby towns and villages. \u00a0Newark lies close to the A1, A17 and A46 major through-routes and so has excellent road links. \u00a0East Midlands International Airport is just over 30 miles away.<\/p>\n

\nThe Lions is centrally located, an easy 10-minute walk from the town\u2019s market square and varied shopping facilities and a 15-minute walk or a short taxi-ride from both Newark North Gate and Newark Castle railway stations. London is 1 hour 20 minutes away by train, while Lincoln and Nottingham can be reached in 30 minutes. There is a good local bus network covering nearby towns and villages. Newark lies close to the A1, A17 and A46 major through-routes and so has excellent road links. East Midlands International Airport is just over 30 miles away.<\/p>\n
